as a returning customer of this particular location, my husband and I have never had an issue until now.. my husbands battery is dead and still under warranty we have charged it and it will only stay charged for a while. advanced is telling him they have to triple charge the battery and will not replace it at this point, extremely dissatisfied customer right now since my husband needs to be out on the road today. I work at a high end dealerlship and I cannot imagine if I told a customer we were not going to honor a warranty. with this being said I guess we will need to take our business elsewhere if a company is not going to stand behind the products they sell.
